i AM GOING TO MAKE AN MUSICAL INSTUMENT BY IT!
You can try a lumbermill but they’ll want to you buy so many board feet of it. Typically, to get this width, carpenters join several planks together, then cut the final shape. Stores like Kilngspor’s Woodworker Supply has some in stock, or you can check ebay, I’ve bought wood that way with good results. Be mindful of your moisture level when you begin building whatever instrument you’re building, so it doesn’t check or split on you.
